Understanding our agreement for heating upgrade services
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:
3.1 All quotes are estimates based on information available at the time and are subject to confirmation of VEU eligibility.
3.2 Royal One reserves the right to amend or withdraw a quote prior to installation where:
3.3 Any changes requested by the Customer after acceptance may result in a revised quote.
4.1 All upgrades will be installed by appropriately licensed and qualified persons in accordance with:
4.2 Royal One will collect and retain all evidence required for VEEC creation, including photographs and compliance documentation.
4.3 Existing equipment may be decommissioned in accordance with VEU requirements. Certain items may be left in place where removal is not required or practicable.
4.4 Royal One is not responsible for:
5.1 You irrevocably assign to Royal One or its nominated accredited partner all rights to create, register, and claim VEECs arising from the Upgrade.
5.2 The value of VEECs forms part of the payment for the Goods and services provided.
5.3 You must complete, sign, and return all documentation required under the VEU Program, including customer assignment and consent forms.
5.4 If:

5.5 If VEECs are rejected by the regulator for reasons attributable to the Customer, Royal One may recover the equivalent rebate value from you.
6.1 Any customer co-payment specified in the Quote must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
6.2 Payments are deemed received only once cleared funds are received.
7.1 Goods supplied are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty and any workmanship warranty stated in the Quote.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all energy efficiency upgrades performed by Royal One under the VEU Program.
9.2 Royal One may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation or program requirements. The version in effect at the time of installation will apply.
